Imminent Co-dfns Releases

I've been wanting to get increment Co-dfns releases out to the public for a long time. I think that we (Dyalog and myself) have reached a point where we will be able to do this very shortly. This excites me a great deal, since this will enable people to begin playing with the compiler and providing lots of bug reports and feedback.

The initial releases will not have a great deal of features in them, they are designed for early adoptors to begin playing around with basic features and seeing how things work in their applications. The first few releases likely won't make it possible to run very many applications at all, but they should allow people to explore the compiler piece by piece. These releases also serve to give a good point for people who want to try out the code related to academic papers published on Co-dfns.
